These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Agentshield website and product. By using Agentshield, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

Agentshield is a runtime security control plane for AI agents. You may use it to inspect, govern, and audit the agents and traffic you are authorized to control. You are responsible for the policies you configure and for using the service lawfully.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use Agentshield to break the law, infringe others\' rights, attempt to compromise the service or other customers, or circumvent its security controls. We may suspend access for violations.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed per the pricing on our pricing page. Every plan is paid. Fees are stated in USD. Specific commercial terms may be set out in an order form or agreement for higher tiers.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available and performant, with service levels for applicable plans. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Data

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. We never train models on your data.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Agentshield substantially reduces agent security risk but no security control is perfect, and the service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the updated version here with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
